Guide: Guiding principles on security of tenure for the urban poor

The Special Rapporteur issued the guide “Guiding principles on security of tenure for the urban poor”, in English and Spanish, containing the complete thematic report on security of tenure presented to the UN Human Rights Council in March. The material also includes the resolution adopted by the Council, which addresses questions on security of tenure, based on the rapporteur’s guiding principles.
