The heart of São Paulo holds the biggest movement for housing in Latin America. Homeless families occupy the Mauá, one of many empty buildings downtown. The documentary LEVA follows the lives of habitants of the Mauá occupation and reveals the organization of parties united to turn abandoned spaces into homes. The structuring of the building will reflect on the reordering and redescovery of people that become individuals through one collective goal.
