The document, signed by Brazilian Government secretaries in 2007, lists the various warranties that the country committed to FIFA to ensure the World Cup 2014 as required by the institution. Altogether there are 11 signed guarantees that include tax exemptions and FIFA’s protection to commercial and exploitation rights on the event.
