The UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Adequate Housing, Raquel Rolnik, will have a working visit to Chile from April 26th to May 3rd, invitated by organisations of the civil society, to debate the process of reconstruction after occurrence of natural disasters in the perspective of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR).
